Process

One recording a month is enough

Most businesses do not have a content problem. They have a filming problem, and it is solved by putting one hour in the calendar.

The usual failure is not a lack of ideas. It is that filming never gets scheduled, so nothing exists to edit, so nothing goes out. Booking a single hour a month turns an open-ended task into an appointment, and an appointment is something a business already knows how to keep.

An hour of talking to camera produces more usable material than most people expect: eight to twelve short videos, plus the written posts that come out of the same answers. The constraint is useful. Knowing there is one session forces a decision about what actually matters this month.

The part worth protecting is the shot list. Turning up without one produces forty minutes of rambling and two usable clips. Ten questions sent in advance produce ten answers that each stand on their own.
